Official Rules

Eligibility

Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”).


Entrants who are selected as potential prize winners (“Prize Winners”) must have a valid Social Security Number for Sponsor to report any required tax liability associated with acceptance of a prize (“Prize”). Valid Social Security Numbers will be determined in accordance with Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) requirements as interpreted by Sponsor.


Employees, officers, directors, managers, and agents of FK Irons (“Sponsor”), Body Art Alliance, Painful Pleasures, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

Timing

The FK Irons April Review Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins April 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).


Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.


How to Enter

There is one (1) method of entry:


Review Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, Entrants may enter by:


  • Leaving a product review on an eligible FK Irons product purchased on FKIrons.com
  • Each valid product review submitted during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry


Eligible products include, but are not limited to:

Flux Max, FKOA, FK One, Xion, PowerBolt II, and FK Irons accessories (including grips, chargers, batteries, and cases).


Entry Limits

  • One (1) entry per product review
  • Multiple product reviews = multiple entries
  • Reviews must be unique, authentic, and comply with platform guidelines


Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, duplicate, spam-based, or non-compliant.


Important Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
  • Automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
  • All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.


Prize Information

Two (2) Prize Winners will be selected.

Each Prize Winner will receive one (1):

  • FK Irons The Fourth Collection Flux Max – Light Edition
  • FK Irons The Fourth Collection Flux Max – Dark Edition


Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,149.99 each


Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.


Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.


The drawing will take place on or about May 2, 2026 at Sponsor’s office.

The potential Prize Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.


Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.


Release

By receiving a Prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Body Art Alliance, Painful Pleasures, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.


Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, voice, photograph, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.


General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.


Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior.


Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries.


All decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.


Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
  • Technical, electronic, or human errors
  • Unauthorized intervention or tampering
  • Any damage, injury, or loss arising from participation or use of any Prize
  • Any printing or typographical errors in Sweepstakes materials
  • Any failures of systems, networks, or software


Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that:

  • Any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California
  • Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Entrants waive the right to have damages multiplied or increased


Entrant Personal Information

Information collected from Entrants will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.


Sponsor may collect Entrant name, contact information, and other submitted data. This information may be used for Sweepstakes administration and internal analytics.
