Official Rules

Eligibility

Open to permanent legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant").
Officers, directors, managers, and employees of FK Irons, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Overview

Celebrate the launch of Tidal, the Artist Chosen Color of the Year, with a social giveaway featuring one (1) limited-edition FK Irons Tidal machine from the collection.

 

Timing

The FK Irons Tidal Limited-Edition Machine Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on August 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period").
One (1) winner will be selected and announced via Instagram Live on August 28, 2026 following the close of the Entry Period.
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

 

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
During the Entry Period, eligible Entrants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following actions:
  • Following the official FK Irons Instagram account;
  • Liking the official Tidal Limited-Edition Machine Giveaway announcement video; and
  • Tagging a friend in the comments of the official Giveaway announcement post.
The Giveaway entry destination is the official FK Irons Instagram Giveaway announcement video.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Incomplete entries or entries that do not satisfy all requirements may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entries.

 

Prize Information

One (1) winner will receive:
Grand Prize
One (1) limited-edition FK Irons Tidal Machine from the Tidal collection.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): TBD
The specific Tidal machine awarded will be selected based on available inventory prior to the Giveaway launch.
Prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for another machine, colorway, or cash value.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

 

Winner Selection

On or about August 28, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
The winner will be announced during an FK Irons Instagram Live event on August 28, 2026.
Potential winner will also be contacted via Instagram direct message or other contact information available to Sponsor.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

 

Release

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless FK Irons and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, redemption, or use of any prize.

 

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

 

General Conditions

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

 

Limitations of Liability

Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, lost entries, incomplete submissions, or any other circumstances that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

 

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policies and for administration of the Giveaway.
