2018 Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention will be held from May 4th thru May 6th at Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention Center, Baltimore. There will be tattoo artists attending from all over the globe as well as vendors and tattoo suppliers offering everything from shop necessities to the latest in merch and apparel. Must be 18+ to enter the expo.
