Do I need to be a professional to purchase from your site?
Our machines are designed for industry pros who demand the best in quality, durability, and tech. We welcome all customers, but the best results come from trained professionals and artists familiar with proper technique.
Can I cancel my order?
Call (410) 712-0145 immediately to check if your order can be cancelled. Once printed, cancellations aren’t possible—but returns may be an option after delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $500. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

How do I add and remove shipping & billing addresses?
Manage addresses in your account dashboard under “addresses.” Use the edit ✏️ icon to update or the trash 🗑️ icon to delete.

Sign in, navigate to “My Orders,” and click your order number for status and tracking info once shipped.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local delivery services. Available options depend on your destination and will appear at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available, except to P.O. boxes.
What are the estimated shipping time frames?
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Your delivery time will vary depending on which shipping method you chose.
What if my package was lost?

What does the FK Irons machine warranty cover?
All machines have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty is void if the machine shows: physical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorized tampering, or non-authorized repairs.
Will the warranty cover machines purchased from distributors?
Yes. Warranty covers machines purchased from FK Irons or authorized distributors only. Beware of counterfeit machines. Counterfeits are not covered under warranty.
Do you accept returns on machines?
Due to safety regulations, all machine sales are final. Instead, we back every machine with a 2-year warranty and offer repairs. Contact us for support.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay.
How do I use store credit?
When issued store credit, you’ll get a 16-digit code by email. Enter it in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout.
